Globally managing the processes in the EV team. As an engineering coordinator, this will be your principal mandate. Developing a process for integrating new employees into the EV team.

This will be your first mandate. Playing an active role in the deployment and realization of various integration projects. Participating in welcoming and integrating new employees, trainees and consultants.

Developing and maintaining a personalized integration roadmap. Identifying, implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Supporting the continuous training and skill development processes.

Working in close collaboration with various teams in order to align the requirements and the processes. Supporting the team in all other related tasks. Participating in maintaining the EV employer brand.

YOU WERE BORN FOR THIS JOB IF:You easily communicate in English and French, both orally and in writing. You are a good technical popularizer. You have relevant training in engineering or in administration.

You have a minimum of three years of experience as a coordinator or in project management. You are able to work in the project start-up context and deal with objectives being defined. You excel in a multidisciplinary environment.

You have a keen interest in driving and designing recreational or performance vehicles. You understand the product development cycle and its milestones (an asset).
