The Store Lead works in partnership with the Area Manager to ensure that their store delivers an exceptional customer experience. The Store Leads primary responsibility is ensuring that the Domino’s Pizza Product, Service and Image standards are upheld and exceeded at all times. As time passes and the Store Lead proves capable of delivering excellent results in Product, Service and Image, their development will advance by assuming other responsibilities as their Area Manager deems fit. Their minimum responsibilities will consist of:

Lead, Manage & Hold the Associate Store Leads Accountable

Ensure Team Wide Excellence in Product, Service & Image

Manage In-Week Shift Changes & Cancellations

Maintaining Adequate Levels of Inventory, Cleaning and Office Supplies.

Confirming Accurate Completion of Daily Paperwork

Promptly Handling Customer Concerns Within 48 Hours

Adhering to the Policies and Standards of Domino’s Pizza Canada

A large part of the role will be running or co-running shifts in the pizza store. This will involve making pizzas, serving customers, completing shift prep, doing paperwork and leading the team. The constant goal will include helping the team to ensure that the day-to-day operations are handled flawlessly and customers receive exceptional product and service. To successfully do this, the Store Lead will be a leader on the team, assist by being on-call at certain times, picking up shortages of food, etc. There is the requirement to deliver pizzas throughout the week as needed.

The training will take the Store Lead to multiple training workshops and may require them to work at other Empire Pizza locations. Other training opportunities will come off-site such as, sales building, event planning and travel to Domino’s (or other) educational conferences.

Familiarity with MS Office
