We are currently seeking a Vehicle Arbitration Specialist to provide the highest level of service to our clients.



Responsibilities:

Coordinate between the buyer and seller to ensure agreements about the vehicle's condition

Work closely with clients to resolve arbitration issues in a timely and appropriate manner

Optimize all sources of information when reviewing and assessing claims

Communicate with sellers, buyers, and all internal employees to resolve concerns with the arbitration

Prepare necessary documentation and present information for arbitration to seller

Maintain accurate records of arbitration progress using the Arbitration Module as well as other available recording systems

Upon resolution, coordinate the return of funds to the buyer or other concessions with client via action package entry in Salesforce

Provide performance reports on a weekly basis

Perform other duties as directed by the General Manager



Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

2 years of mechanical and automotive product line knowledge required

Previous automotive remarketing experience an asset

Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and customer service skills with proven conflict resolution.

Proactive, positive attitude combined with the ability to exercise good judgment, under tight timelines.

Must be well organized, multi-tasker, work well under pressure

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
