We are currently looking to add a full-time Payroll Assistant to our HR team. This exciting position is based out of our corporate Home Office in Toronto, Ontario.
Perform New Hire eform data entry to complete onboarding process in ADP WFN
Verify onboarding into Kronos timekeeping system
Digital filing of New Hire eforms and onboarding documentation into the cloud document storage and the shared.documents archive
Complete monthly Stats Canada Business Survey
Daily New Hire eform upload into ADP WFN
Monthly self audit of employee data to maintain accuracy and integrity
Generate and run end-of-period reports internal stakeholders
Action (*non-adjustment) Change and termination eforms
Support Core Payroll team on other duties as assigned
1 year of retail payroll experience in an HR environment
Knowledge of ADP, Kronos and Workforce Now (WFN) preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee personnel files
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills required
Must display a positive attitude, be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
Self starter and team player; able to work independently with minimal supervision
