The Team



The Strategic Portfolio office for Caribbean, Central America and Uruguay Technology (CCAUT) plays a critical role in enabling Technology to support and deliver change to the region. The team supports the CIO of the CCAU region in execution of strategy, planning and transformation.



The Role



Reporting to the CIO of Caribbean, Central America & Uruguay Technology you will be responsible for Strategy, Business Management, Financial and Resource Planning, KPI tracking, Transformation and Portfolio Management for the International Banking CCAU Technology region.









Some of the Key Accountabilities include:



- Partner closely with the CIO and department heads to develop, define, communicate and execute the Technology strategy for CCAU Technology. Including Workforce, Portfolio Change and Investment strategy.

- Takes a long-term view in planning the future of CCAU Technology and partner closely with the CIO in strategy assessment, planning and execution of strategic roadmaps across CCAU Technology. Examples include: operating model improvement, fiscal planning and budgeting, large program engagement model, operational efficiency planning.

- Works closely with stakeholder groups to optimize cross group operating model. Such groups include, Office of the CTO, Global CIO Transformation team, Enterprise PMO, IT&S; Finance, IB Finance.

- Aligns strategic planning, related communication and change management activities with CTO and Global CIO level strategies. Plans and monitors CCAU Technology overall progress to ensure delivering on expectations and commitments.

- Lead development and deployment of transformational change for CCAU Technology, including the organizational and operating model change.

- Lead, optimize and provide oversight, governance and controls for delivery across CCAU Technology, including annual planning alignment across the business line.

- Responsible for CCAU Technology change management strategy, planning and execution for the function, working with internal and external partners.

- Responsible for Resource Management within CCAU Technology aggregating capacity and demand of the portfolio.

- Responsible for operating financials planning and monitoring within CCAU Technology, including operating budgets, project spend, capitalization and business cases.

- Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.



What You Will Bring to Succeed



- MBA, CFA or Accountancy qualification desirable

- Experience with a Big Six or equivalent Consultancy firm desirable

- Demonstrated experience managing strategy, process improvement and global transformations in large organizations, multiple geographies and operating models

- Demonstrated ability in building strong relationships with partners across the organization
